2. Turnaround time - Find out what their turnaround times are. Also, find out if they charge extra for a fast turnaround. Some companies advertise fast turnaround, but then, they end up charging extra for that service.

3. How long have they been in business? - Its good to use an experienced, established printing press. There are many things that can go wrong during a printing project. An inexperienced company can cause errors and hold you liable to pay for the re-run. Find out how experienced and established the company and staff are. If they have been in business for a long time, you can assume that they know how to prevent unnecessary errors. Check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and find out what comments people have posted about them.
